Memory care is specialized care for people living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other forms of memory loss. Boulder Post Acute provides a safe and secure environment where staff can closely monitor the health of each resident. Our behavioral health program provides a secure unit that focuses on the prevention and treatment of behaviors that affect the emotional, social, and psychological well-being of our patients. We get to know how our patients act, interact, and react, so we can provide quality healthcare that helps them deal with or overcome certain behaviors. We partner with Rocky Mountain Behavioral Health Solutions to provide the best care for those with behavioral health needs.
